SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery within India

Delivery is free anywhere in India — on prepaid orders and on cash on delivery alike.

Every garment is cut and finished after you place your order. Made-to-order pieces ship in 12–14 days from the date of order. Pieces marked Ready to Ship are already made and dispatch in 1–2 working days. Custom-size pieces are made to your measurements and ship in 12–14 days.

Ways to pay

Paying in full online takes 5% off at checkout. Cash on delivery is available within India only: your order is confirmed with a 20% deposit at checkout, and the balance is paid when the piece arrives.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders are prepaid — cash on delivery is not available outside India. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout. Production times are the same as above; please allow a further 5–7 days for international delivery.

Customs and duties

Customs, duties or other import charges, if any, are levied when the package reaches the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. They depend entirely on the destination; your nearest customs office can advise on what may apply.
